Stock BOM Issues

The Stock BOM issue report is a report that shows inventory items issued (consumed) based on a Bill of Materials (BOM) for a specific job, work order, or production process.

It focuses on what components were used from stock to complete a task.

It typically includes:

  • Parent item / job / work order
  • BOM components (parts or materials required)
  • Quantity required vs. quantity issued
  • Date of issue
  • Store or warehouse
  • User or technician who issued the stock
  • Reference (e.g., job card, maintenance task)

In PFIM, it is used for:

  • Tracking material usage on maintenance jobs or builds
  • Comparing planned vs actual consumption (BOM vs issued stock)
  • Costing – determining material costs per job or asset
  • Stock control – ensuring correct items are issued

👉 In short:
A stock BOM issue report shows what stock was issued against a predefined list of required parts (BOM) for a specific task or job.
