Service Desk Status lists all statuses setup in the system as per following screen.
By selecting a status you can modify its values. You can also toggle its visibility on or off.
Click Add to add another Status and fill in details accordingly, remember to Save your changes.
You can also right click on an item to move it up or down, or Add one.
