Service Desk tab shows the following screen where all Service Desk calls linked to the customer are visible.

On sellecting any of the calls a more detailed page will appear as seen in next screenshot.

Master: Shows all details related to the call.
Updates: Shows any updates captured regarding the call. Also have the ability to add an update, Print or extract to csv and select a custom date.
Communication: Communication in and out tied to the call. You have the option to add a communication as explained in the Communication Section.
Quotes: Shows any quotes linked against the call. Also have the ability to add a new quote from here as explained in the Quote section.
Appointments: Shows any appointments linked to the call. You also have the ability to add a new appointment from here as explained in the Service Desk section.
Attached files: Shows any attachments and enables you to add an attachment.
Contacts: Contacts linked to the Call.
