Clicking on a customer in the List tab takes you to the Detail tab and shows details of that customer. The Tab Bar at the top of each customers master file will allow to look at additional details having the ability to specify details required for the customer. Different tabs are visible based on your user access.
Header: Branch, Name, Sales Rep. This section is available regardless of tab selected.
Master: Basic details including Status, Credit Limit, Group Of Companies, Invoice Group, Price List, Credit Terms, Current Balance, etc. In Master you also have Statement Notes and Internal Notes section to capture relevant information or details.
Address: Customers address, Delivery Method and Delivery Region.
Contacts: Contacts associated with this customer and their basic details. The Edit button allows for adding of contact if contact itself has been linked to customer in contacts page. Contact can also be removed by selecting it once and applying submit button.
Confidential: If you have access you will see this tab. It can hold private information which has been deemed confidential.
Service Desk: Service desk calls associated with the selected customer with quick links to launch preview of details done to call.
Communication: Previous communication sent out related directly to this debtor as well as the contact to whom it was sent and (if you have access) who sent it.
Transactions: Invoicing and receipts relating to a specific client with Matching and aging for selected transactions. There is also a sub-tab for POS List showing all current Proforma’s for the Customer.
Details: Additional details relating to a debtor usually used for custom data storage.
Serial Numbers: Serial numbers associated with the selected customer with quick links to launch them.
Job Cards: Jobs associated with the selected customer with quick links to launch a preview.
Quotes: Quotations associated with the selected customer with quick links to launch them.
The Header, Master, Address and Confidential can all be edited to show different fields as needed.
