Delivery Region has 3 default values set as seen in following screen.
Values are editable by selecting the line item in question.
New items can be added by selecting the Add button. Remember to click Save and Save again in the bottom right corner of the page. If changes have not been saved and you navigate to another tab or window, you will get prompt whether to save or cancel.
