On sellecting a ServiceDesk Call, you will see the following details.
In the Master tab you will see all information related to the call and can be updated accordingly.

On selecting the Updates tab, you will see all updates which transpired on the call. You also have the abillity to Add an update, Print the list of updates, or export to CSV.

On sellecting the Communication tab, you will see the following screen which shows all Call related communication such as email or sms being sent out.

On sellecting Quotes, you will see the following screen listing any quotes linked to the call, or have the abillity to Add a new quote.

On sellecting Add, you will be presented with the following screen where a quote can be captured.


By clicking the Add button, the following screen will appear where you can capture the details accordingly.

Once all details have been captured, you can hit submit and submit again to update the call with attached quote.
On selecting the Appointments tab, you will see the following screen. Any appointments scheduled on this call will be displayed.

You can also add an appointment by sellecting the Add button. The following screen will be displayed where you can add the from and to date and time, and all relevant details. Remember to hit submit in the bottom right corner.

On sellecting Attached Files, you will see the following screen where you can view any attached files related to the call, or hit the Attach button to add an attachment.

On sellecting the Contacts tab, the following screen will be displayed where it shows all contacts linked to the current call.
