Stock Issues

A Stock Issues Report is a record that shows what stock left the store/warehouse, when, why, and to whom.

A Stock Issues Report is a document or report that shows the details of inventory items that have been taken out (issued) from stock for a specific purpose, such as:
Sales to customers
Internal use (e.g., raw materials issued to production)
Transfers between departments or locations
Wastage, damage, or returns

Purpose of a Stock Issues Report:
Tracks how inventory is being used.
Helps prevent theft, misuse, or stock discrepancies.
Assists in calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and monitoring production costs.
Provides an audit trail for accountability.

The PFIM Stock issues report allows you to print stock issues between dates and
you can also choose between a condensed report or a detailed one.

The condensed report shows:
Issuing Branch
Stock code and description
Quantity issued
Total Selling value

The detailed Report includes:
Issuing Branch
Item code and description
Date of issue
Issue reference
Recipient details
Issue type
Quantity issued
Unit sell and total value

The report can also be exported as .csv.
